A Bad Looser

Before the KUPA movement, Suresh Raj and Sitaram never even dreamt that they would be forced to take back their words. For umpteenth times, Suresh Raj repeated both formally and informally that KUPA was illegal and KUPA should be bansihed from KU. Notwithstanding his arm twisting of the faculty members and other staffs by mobilising local goondas, Suresh Raj was ultimately defeated and he had to accept KUPA as the legitimate body within KU.

After recent senate meeting under the chairmanship of PM GP Koirala, there is an optimism in air that hereafter KUPA along with KUSA will be acting for the protection of the fundamental rights of all the faculty members and staffs of KU. This senate meeting is remarkable in that for the first time in the history of KU, it even constituted a 3 members committee to investigate into highhanded termination of Dr. Boris Niroula. Since the termination of Dr. Boris Niroula was carried out by violating the norms of KU service commission, it is expected that Dr. Boris Niroula would be given clean chit. In such situation, it is natural that the instigators of such highhanded termination like Pushpa Raj Adhikary, Bhadraman Tuladhar, Sitaram Adhikary and Suresh Raj Sharma will also be taken action against.

On the other hand, having conceded almost all the grounds to KUPA and KUSA, Suresh Raj and Sitaram are now on witchhunt to victimize the leaders of the KUPA movement. Their yes-men have already started filling the cyberspace with viscious character assasination of the emerging leaders of KU like Dr. Sameer, Dr. Ram Prasad, Sijan Baral, Prof. Kafle and Dhaneshore Mishra. Their canards against Suresh Bhakta and Anup Banskota are also equally regrettable. From their abhorable campaign, it can be easily guessed that the relatives of Suresh Raj and Sitaram are mobilising some other spineless faculties as well as their own relatives to attack these dignified faculty members.

Everybody who is concerned about the reputation of KU must know that in every living organization, discussions on the mode of governing the organization will always take place. In a vibrant organization like an academic institute of KU’s nature, the discussions are always expected. Had Suresh Raj and Sitaram agreed to discuss the demands of KUPA without art-twisting, KUPA would have silentely sorted out most of the demands. On the other hand, in his notorious zeal of decimating KUPA, Suresh Raj went onto employ every trick available in the book. This ultimately showed his real face as a power hungry administrator who can even mobilize goonds to crush the voice of the faculties. Similarly, his over reliance on his relatives clearly proved that for Suresh Raj Sharma nepotism is not only a means of providing jobs to the relatives, but also a means to secure vital support at the time of crisis. His dependence on cheap politicians like Bell Prasad further exposed him and proved to the whole world that Suresh Raj can do anything to save his chair.

Without realizing his mistakes, Suresh Raj is now claiming that KUPA movement tarnished the reputation of KU. He is cursing every faculty who has associated with KUPA and claiming to his henchmen, yesmen and relatives that they should attack these gentlemen. This clearly shows that Suresh Raj has failed to realise his biggest folly in his life and this folly is his habit of equating himself with the entire KU. KU is his brainchild and everybody accepts it. But, KU is an institution realized by the sweat of many other teachers, staffs and students who have contributed in one way or another. Critisizing Suresh Raj never amounts to criticizing such a vast pool of personalities and for that reason the criticisms of Suresh Raj never amounts to the criticism of KU. However, the slave mentality brought up and raised by Suresh Raj is not ready to buy this and they too are equating Suresh Raj with KU. This is nothing less than a deeply entrenched nepotism in KU.

Unless KUPA eradicates nepotism from KU, such monolithic ideas would continue to flow and continue to attack the righteous voices of the righteous faculties. To wipe out the seeds of nepotism, KUPA needs to closely monitor the entire process of recruitment, promotion and even re-employment of these relatives of Suresh Raj and Sitaram in KU. For KUPA’s convenience some of the seeds of nepotism in KU are as follows:

Name Traces of Nepotism
1) Mukund Upadhyaya : VC's brother
2) Sijan Sharma (Currently President of KUAA) : VC's daughter
(Helped one of his friends in getting Masters in Mechanical Engineering for assured support to Suresh Raj against KUPA movement. Hanuman Thapa, the present dean of Engg., started wagging his tail before the demand of Sijan Sharma and facilitated undue graduation of her friend in Mechanical Engineering.)
3) Manish Pokharel : VC's Bhanja
(Lobbying hard to goto NTNU for his Ph.D.. A blackspot in the name of teachers. He proved very well that some teachers are no different from the prostittutes)

4) Deepak Pokharel : VC's Bhanja
5) Umesh Koirala : VC’s Bhanja
6) Dev. Raj Adhikary : Registrar's brother
7) Brijesh Adhikary : Registrar's Son,
(this guy has several years of paid leave plus travel plus fellowships. Was sent to India, China, Norway on behalf of KU, free ticket and, DA, also he was hired when KU didn't have anything for him to do, his first year at KU was without any work. Considered no. 1 “Paras” of KU as he can destroy the reputation of any other faculty by filling up the ears of Suresh Raj and Sitaram. Has designed machinations to force many upright faculties from KU. Backdoor operator, good in mobilizing goondas. Fond of grass previously and gave up after recurring migrane problem. Stays in registar’s quarter for further entertainment )
8) Sharad Adhikary : Registrar's Son
(this guy gets paid if he doesn't have job anywhere, doesn't do anything for KU, graduated from KU and there are many interesting stories related with him. More considerate than his elder brother and less unpopular)
9) Shekhar Dhugana : nephew of registrar
( has visited Japan on behalf of KU, one of the laziest staffs of KU but still managed to get many kinds of favours. Would not have completed his MS had it been some other instiute. Manish even leaked questions to get this fellow complete his Masters in KU)

10) Tika Dutta Baral : (White Elephant) Registrar's neighbour, his guru too

11) Kumar Baral : (Tika's son)
(Drunkard and fond of cabin restaurants)
12) Navendra Poudel : Registrar's Bhanja
(Accomplice of Kumar Baral, slanderer, Sitaram’s henchmen and messenger)

all i am trying to say is this is one topic i know for sure and hwatever is written abt it in the article is totally untrue...wonder how u guys can keep printing such false information in the blog...
