Arresting god in Kathmandu University
Suresh Raj is a god. He is a king. But we don't think so. These are views of his bootlickers, sycophants, toadies, parasite and leeches. Even Pushpa Raj was taken aback when one junior faculty said so in front of Suresh Raj and in front of many other faculties. Suresh Raj blushed because he was never eulogized like this in his life. And Pushpa Raj also blushed because so far he had thought that he was the only steadfast bootlicker in KU. With such bootlickers officiating in KU in various capacities, it is definite that Suresh Raj would manage to evade his arrest in Buddhi Bahadur official harassment suicide case. Rather, Suresh Raj has received unprecedented solidarity from his bootlickers.
For a smooth manipulator like Suresh Raj these supports from his bootlickers are acknowledgement of his godliness and his sadhutva. Moreover, he himself has time and again produced write-ups full of Sadhutva, and preaching on quality education. So, for Suresh Raj not getting arrested and getting support from bootlickers are testimonials to his being a god in KU. And like usual gods and demi-gods, in close circle of friends, he has even expressed his desire to renounce vice-chancellorship of KU. But, in practice he does exactly the opposite. He rather forces employees to renounce their lives for joining employees' association.
Most of the bootlickers in KU did not consider Suresh Raj as a god in vain. Like the almighty, Suresh Raj has taken care of their interests. When worshipped as a god, Suresh Raj has ignored their qualifications. When lauded as a messiah, Suresh Raj has given them undue promotions and when pleaded emotionally Suresh Raj has offered jobs for their spouses also. For some of them with better knack of godliness, KU is a temple where they have to worship a God called Suresh Raj. They lit incense and engulf KU in an aroma where similar minded worshippers only breathe well. They chant his name, and even pebbles in KU too echo his name.
Bootlickers in KU think that godliness of Suresh Raj is in keeping with 21st century Nepal. But, we, vast majority of KU, never think so. Because we believe that gods are for freedom, rights and expressions. Gods belong to every one. God is everywhere. But, in KU, Suresh Raj does not belong to everyone. He belongs to firstly his family, his siblings and his accomplices like Sitaram and his wards and only then to his other bootlickers. Suresh Raj scoffs at his critics and no chance he would ever tolerate voices of resistnace in KU. Gods and true academicians never do like that but still Suresh Raj is persisting with such sick attitudes.
Bootlicker in KU must know that we have challenged Suresh Raj for his duality which is making somebody looser and somebody winner in KU. And his viciousness is helping all the inefficient, nonsensical bootlickers while squarely defeating efficient people who fearlessly make their demands. Pushpa Raj is winner even after his bungling but Boris Niraula is a looser despite his contributions for fight against King Gyanendra. Brijesh Adhikary is winner even though he never did anything worth a dime in KU, but Surendra K.C. is a looser because he dared to call a spade a spade. And Manish is winner even though he destroyed computer department, but Amit Verma is a looser despite his unshakable faith on rights of employees. One duality of this god has so shaken KU that now everything is totally upside down. People who need to be kicked out of KU are still there but people who need to rise to top are being shunted out. This simply shows that the god in KU has scant respect for others while he is too much emotional for his and his only.
Anybody who wants respect should respect others. Anybody who desires to attain a higher level of spirituality must understand travails of a Dalit widow. Anybody who wants to turn KU into a centre of excellence must provide an excellent environment for faculties, staffs and students. On all these counts, god Suresh Raj has maintained double standards. Rather, he is busy exhorting his bootlickers, sycophants, leeches, and parasites to weed out organizational entities from KU. Suresh Raj must know that it is very easy to sit up there on a vantage point and preach on bad effects of organizations within KU. But, it is very difficult to fathom how can his supporters move around with his tyrannical ideas.
Banking on his godliness, his supporters, mainly deans thought that they could issue threats to anybody for joining these organizations. They thought that they could force people to give up their fundamental rights. Present mess in KU is simply consequences of these practices of the God and his supporters. Wild ideas of Suresh Raj has been wildly followed by his barbaric worshippers and for the first time a human life is lost in KU because of godly actions of Suresh Raj.
No doubt, if we want to stop untimely deaths in KU, we need to take timely actions. And in present context, the only timely action is to stagnate continuation of this mandale, dual personality who is trying to be a god. Like Bharat Keshar Singh,another disciple of living Bishnu, this god in KU too needs to be arrested and put behind the bars. And for that evidences are there and everyone knows his sabotages. It is crystal clear, like Bharat Keshar, Bhola Thapa,too, acted for protecting his god Suresh Raj and in that milieu he threatened Buddhi Bahadur Biswokarma. So, Buddhi Bahadur's martyrdom simply demands arresting this god in Kathmandu University to end duality, to finish off chaos and to put KU back on track.
