Who killed Buddhi?

Buddhi Bahadur Bishwakarma who passed away on 27th December 2006 was one of the most diligent employees of KU. He hailed from oppressed Dalit community and excelled in his technical profession on his own. During his 10 year old service in KU, he worked both as a teacher and as a technician. He helped thousands of students who graduated from KU during their initial days. It is really devastating to know that even after 2 months of his untimely death, people who are responsible for it are not arrested. We do not have concrete evidence what led Late Buddhi to end his life. But, his wife has categorically mentioned that late Buddhi suffered bouts of depression after his joining Kathmandu University Staff Association (KUSA). His wife has said that prior to his death, he went to meet certain officials of KU and after that meeting he started becoming restless. From her statement,it appears that late Buddhi was very badly threatened by some people from KU administration. His wife has spoken in Nepali and for your convenience I am translating it in English. Male: What happened?

Female: He went to meet Bhola, Registrar in Gwarko office. He said that all of the staffs are going to pressurize them. After coming from that meeting, he started complaining that he would be taken action against, he would be thrown out of job and he would be defamed. Then he asked me to go to Kathmandu to find one government job.

Male: oh...

Female: That Kamalpokhari (she is implying Public serice commision office at Kathmandu) and there in Tahachal-both in Public Service Commission and teaching job. But when I came back I saw such a bad situation. He never said that he would commit suicide. He sometimes asked me to go back to my home (in Lamjung) and sometimes asked me to go to Kathmandu. It happened since that Friday. When I told him that I will confirm through telephone, then he insisted that I go to Kathmandu the same day. But when I came back it had happened. At 4 O' clock I came back and I found him hanging.
